How do i replace the rear wheel bearings on my 06 outlander 400 4x4

Hey bud , you have a pretty cool site for the 400 crowd , just got done checking it out & tried to sign the guestbook but got " not allowed "

we have the axle out but the bearings fell apart leaving only the inner part of the bearing housing and because we cant find the tool we got them out without take off the swing arm but cant get the insides out wondering if anyone has had this issue

I'm not sure what you mean by this.. But if you got everything out except the "outer" bearing race then you will need to press it out.. Believe me, it's tight!
I'm not sure how you got the axle out without removing the swing arm, I didn't know that was possible. Taking the swing arm off makes bearing and axle jobs way easier.

You will also have to press the new bearing back in.
No one has had this issue because most people change the bearings before they are totally disintegrated.
