A buddy of mine just got a snorkel kit from ATV Snorkel Kits and it runs so smooth everything is tight. The owner helped him several times on the phone with installation questions and didn't seem to mind. I just ordered me one today. For you guys who have bought kits take a look at this one and let me know what are the possible pros and cons might be. I like the fact the snorkel runs up the middle and not on the side like ones I have seen in the past. and it is 2" pipe on both sides and not the 1.5 to a 2", more airflow.

Did he get the perfomance or the gorillia kit?

Looks pricey but sounds like it fits nice and tight.

Can you post some pics?

I would be very interested to see how they connected everything.

Have Fun!

Looks like a nice kit. Since your buddy bought one you should have just copied it and saved yourself 150 or more bucks.

I bought one from CAN AM ATV SNORKEL KITS and it is the best one I have ever bought. I have been through 2 other kits from other atv sites and they have leaked or the airflow was not real good. I have taken it out 6 times and I haven't had one problem. I would recommend that you purchase one. Post after you install I would like to see how you like it.
show us sum pics, that looks like a awesome kit for somebody that dont want to fab anything!!!

Kits are great for those with absolutely no mechanical skills you know the kind the guy that cant swing hammer without hitting his thumb. If you can read a tape measure and work a handsaw you can build your own kit in full 2" for a grand total of 50.00. Crazy people still pay 150.00 for this stuff but i guess people buy water so why not waste your money on a kit to.

I for one perfer a good kit. Time = money and the kits are cheaper than my time. People still sew; however, people still buy cargo bags.

Ya, I thought the same I.C.O.N.

I went ahead and checked out the site and the kit looks well made. I sent them an e-mail and they sent me a couple of pics of the kit installed. The price of the kit is way spendy @ $275 but it looks better than any center snorkel kit I've seen.

The pod is worth 70 bucks it's included. I had a friend help me do mine with tips from guys on here, it was a frustrating experience at times, with a few trips to the hardware store thrown in but we got through it. Next time should be much easier but at times a good kit with good directions would have took a lot of swearing away and saved me money on beer. LOL. Maybe not on the beer.
